HalalAudio is a digital service operated by ONITECH SOLUTIONS L.L.C, St. Ismail Raka, Kaçanik 71000, Kosovo. Contact support@halalaudio.app. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You must be legally capable of entering the contract. Accounts may not be duplicated to evade starter, download or usage limits.
Service and standard
The catalog consists of digital audio selected under the published HalalAudio standard. Classifications are informational; HalalAudio does not make a universal religious or scholar-approval claim.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in EUR before checkout. Monthly and annual terms are separate one-time purchases with no automatic rebilling. Payments are hosted and processed by Paysera through its merchant ProCard interface. Payment is complete only after signed server-to-server confirmation; the browser return page never activates access.
Activation and periods
Confirmed payment activates the purchased number of calendar months. Early manual renewal starts after the current paid expiry. Monthly usage allowances reset for each access period and do not roll over unless expressly stated.
Digital supply and refunds
By selecting the checkout consent, you request immediate digital activation after payment and acknowledge that beginning performance may affect statutory withdrawal rights where applicable. Refund requests follow the Refunds and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Commercial license
Audio is licensed, not sold. Lawful downloads are governed by the Commercial License and Acceptable Use Policy. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or expose standalone files, train AI with them, claim ownership, or build a competing library.
Availability and security
We use reasonable operational and security measures but do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, storage, network or payment incidents may temporarily delay playback, processing or activation.
Suspension
We may restrict accounts used for fraud, credential sharing, scraping, redistribution, prohibited content or security abuse. Where practical we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct or mandatory consumer remedies.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them. Send complaints to support@halalaudio.app. Future changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise.
