Data we collect
- Account email, display name, verification state and authentication identity
- Payment amount, status and provider references—not full card numbers
- Subscriptions, licenses, unlocks, downloads and usage
- Support, audit and security records
- Browser, device, interaction and session-replay data when analytics is enabled
Purposes and legal bases
We process data to perform the service contract, secure accounts, deliver licensed files, enforce limits, reconcile and refund payments, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal duties and defend claims. Optional analytics is used to improve the service subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Paysera payments
Checkout is hosted and processed by Paysera through its merchant ProCard interface. Paysera receives information needed for authorization, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and refunds. HalalAudio stores references and outcomes but not complete card numbers or security codes.
Analytics and replay
We use Mixpanel with EU ingestion to measure visits and product interactions. When enabled, session replay may capture how pages are used. Sensitive inputs and payment-card entry remain outside HalalAudio pages or must be masked. Browser storage may hold an analytics identifier and preference.
Processors and transfers
We use hosting, private media storage, job infrastructure, email delivery, Paysera, Mixpanel and professional providers only as needed. Where required, appropriate contractual and legal safeguards apply to international processing.
Retention and security
Data is retained only as needed for service and applicable payment, accounting, licensing, fraud and dispute periods. We use access controls, password hashing, transport encryption, private storage and bounded logs; no system guarantees absolute security.

- Request deletion or restriction where conditions apply
- Object and request portability where applicable
- Withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing
- Complain to the Information and Privacy Agency or another competent authority
