Commercial license

A practical license for finished creative work.

Each lawful download receives a permanent license ID. Keep the original MP3 private and use it inside finished work under these terms.

What you may create

  • Finished videos, advertisements and social posts
  • Monetized creator content and podcasts
  • Websites, presentations and in-store productions
  • Client work delivered as finished media
  • Commercial work without attribution

Free starter licenses

A verified free account may download each starter track during its one-time delivery window. Those starter grants permit the same commercial output categories and carry the same restrictions as paid downloads.

When paid access ends

Projects published while your license was valid remain licensed. You may retrieve premium tracks already listed in your license history. New projects using premium tracks require active access at the time the new work is created.

What you may not do

  • Resell, share or redistribute an original MP3
  • Upload the original file to stock or asset platforms
  • Sublicense the standalone audio or claim ownership
  • Use files or recordings to train an AI model
  • Build or supply a competing audio library
  • Attempt bulk scraping or account sharing

License evidence

The dashboard records the license ID, track, grant source, date, terms version and—where applicable—the end of the active project-creation window. A license does not transfer ownership of the recording.
