This guide describes production and licensing practice. It is not a fatwa or universal religious ruling. Review the exact HalalAudio standard and consult a trusted adviser for personal religious guidance.

Design around product actions

List the moments a viewer must understand: opening, tapping, scrolling, transforming, revealing, and completing. Give sound only to actions that clarify the experience. A product video feels precise when each audible event has a visible reason.

Use silence as structure

Silence is not missing production value. A short quiet gap can frame a feature name, a price, or the final call to action. Alternating restrained ambience with intentional space often produces a clearer result than filling every second.

  • Mark important interface actions on the timeline.
  • Choose real foley with a believable material character.
  • Reduce or remove ambience under explanations.
  • Test the final mix at low volume and with captions visible.

Keep source claims accurate

Do not label a synthetic effect as natural foley or imply religious certification that does not exist. HalalAudio publishes an exact audio standard and requires a human attestation before publication, but the final religious judgment remains yours.

Prepare reusable delivery records

For client work, keep the project name and license ID in the handoff folder. If the same exported video is republished on another approved channel, the finished-work license remains attached; a materially new premium production should be licensed during active access.
